This notice covers the Zen Paradigms marketing website. It does not cover the product itself. If you become a customer, the product agreement and its data-processing terms govern customer data, invoices, and recordings. Do not put those materials in the form on this site.
What we collect here
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, role, phone if you offer it, the reason you are writing, and your message. The shorter form in the footer asks for an email address. Both ask you to confirm that you have read this notice. There is an optional box if you want occasional product notes.
The form is delivered by Web3Forms to the Zen Paradigms team by email. Web3Forms processes the submission so that delivery can happen. We use the contents to reply to you, and, if you asked for them, to send the notes you opted into.
What we do not do
- We do not run analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
- We do not sell the contents of the form.
- We do not ask you to attach invoices, bank statements, or card numbers, and we do not want them if you do.
How long, and how to object
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of what we replied, then delete them. You can ask us to delete an enquiry, or to stop product notes, by writing again through the contact form from the same email address. Say what you want done.
